  • WHAT DO WE SEE:  AT THE LAVA TRAIL . it is  a 2 kms  walk  the one , We can see not only ricks also we can see lizards, also, some mag pie jays, oropedulas birds flying by the lake peninsula and also we can see, and walk on the old (strombolian explosions), since  1968 and 1992 and others pyroclastics flows. sometime you can see , some raccons.  II.AT THE CEIBO TRAIL; You Will be able to have a really nice stroll for 2.5 kms  and  you will be able to see a huge tree of ceibo or kapok tree with over 100 years old.

is jewel in the a little foerst of arenal  specials trails in the  wild life park border, the ones ate the best to  see nature such as:

After earth  film jungle park lagoon And Old tabacon village.  WHAT CAN WE SEE. . On those trails we can spot, such of wild life ;  Monkeys , and toucans and parrots, and agoutis, and armadillos and tamanduas and snakes during night time,. they are trail from 500 mtrs the shortest to the ,longest 3 kms. with 2.5 kms to see spider monkeys at the ened of the trip with complemente with a volcano view point.  note. this place was in the film, after earth. besdies its jungle.

  1.  THE SPIDER MONKEY TRAIL:  the best Trails with a length of 2.5 kms it is consider one of the best to  see the  spiders monkey and sometimes others bird.Note it has a bridge but no suspension one. 
  2. the river trail : it is a trails for all ages and we can start from teh view point a meant walking down to the botton of the hill . it is 1. 5 kms, this one passes nearby a fresh water stream. NOTE. IT HAS A BRIDGE BUT NO The Suspension one. 
  3. the tabacon trail: it is a trail fo 3  kms as a really good view of the arenal lake at the sunset time and it is really good to see the tabacon trees and some heliconias. it is the the longest.
  4. the little  green lagoon -the old volcano cementery : it is areally good view point for people who they do not want to walk much it is only 600 mtrs from theview point and it is only 800 mtrs from the volcano, the one it is the best to refrect and seeold the chaos and catastrofic stroombolian explosion form 1968. and also has a romantic or family pics.and we complement with a frog garden at the end of the trip. note on this trail you can do by horse if you want.

 1. the huge green lagoon trails . it is gthe longest with 4 kms walk, it a grail gthat you can do the entire trail or just of it.  by th way, it is a really good no only for bird watching or fishing it is good for runningm and the best it is adjacent trail for the biking out side.

2. the volcano or lava flow trails and view points. these are amazing trails for the views there are 2 more trails and they afre 2 and 2.5 kms, the best no only for hiking , the best is how close you get to the volcano base only like 600 mtrs from the base, and you can see the volcano explosions in a cronology periods, since the old centuries until the last one pyroclastic flows.

in Spanish is call : Parque Nacional Volcán Tenorio) is a tenorio or light blue River  National Park in the northern part of Costa Rica, which forms part of the Arenal Tilaran Conservation Area. The jewel of the National Park is the volcano, from which it receives its name. The Tenorio Volcano was made part of the National Park in 1995 and is located about 26 miles northeast from the town of Fortuna inthe  largest and costa rican beaches from Guanacaste Province.
TAPIR THE LARGEST MAMMAL IN CENTRAL AMERICA SEEN IN A TOUR AT RIO CELESTE OR TENORIO VOLCANO PARK .
Tenorio Volcano consists of four volcanic peaks and two craters. One of the craters is sometimes referred to as the Montezuma Volcano.Tenorio is 6,287 feet (1,913 m) high. The Rio Celeste (Light Blue River) appears blue due to the emission of sulphurfrom the volcano and precipitation of calcium carbonate. Thermal springs and small geysers dot the area as do rivers, waterfalls, lagoons and places providing panoramic views. The upper area of the park is dominated by primary cloud forest, while the lower regions are carpeted with rain forest. The Tapir the ebst and the most extraornary and the the biggest mammal in costa rica and the rarely seen Puma reside in the area.
There is a ranger station at the base of the volcano that provides visitors with basic information.
